Hi everyone, I'm building a small tool for independent tutors and want to learn from people who do this work before I go further. This isn't a sales pitch, I just want to understand how you actually run things. Right now I'm trying to understand how tutors handle: Tracking prepaid lesson packages (how many sessions are left) Late cancellations and no-shows Reminding parents or students about payment Sending parents updates after lessons A few questions: What do you currently use (spreadsheet, notes app, calendar, paper, something else)? What's the most annoying or time-consuming part of the admin side? Have you ever lost money or had awkward conversations because of cancellations or unpaid lessons?
