Tottenham star accepted into Harvard Business School during injury recovery

Xavi Simons is set to study at Harvard Business School amid his ongoing injury absence.The Tottenham Hotspur star has been sidelined since April with a ruptured cruciate ligament.Simons has been ruled out until February with a ruptured ACLGettyHaving missed the World Cup, Simons is not expected to return to action until February.As his recovery continues, the 23-year-old has revealed he has been accepted onto a Harvard Business School course.He will complete the Crossover Into Business Program online after attending the prestigious university in person in recent months.Simons takes on Harvard courseSimons confirmed the news in a post on LinkedIn, writing: “During my recovery, I’ve been trying to use my time in the best way possible.“Football is still my main focus, but I also want to keep learning and improving away from the pitch.“I’m happy to share that I’ve been accepted onto the Crossover Into Business Program at Harvard Business School.“It’s an online program where professional athletes learn more about business alongside HBS MBA students.“I’ve always been interested in more than just football.
