The NFL have teamed up with UK bookie Midnite, striking a multi-year deal to become the league’s sports betting partner in the UK and Ireland. The agreement will see the sportsbook gain exclusive broadcast and content rights, and will position them as one of the go-to NFL betting sites for other free-to-play, live game, and fan engagement initiatives.talkSPORT have teamed up with Midnite to offer a boosted treble in the NFL each week – claim this week’s here.It comes during the sport’s annual triple-header in London, with games taking place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Wembley. The first of these was last Sunday, where the Indianapolis Colts saw off the Washington Commanders 30-13. The NFL has been coming to the UK every year since 2007, and has an ever-growing fanbase – estimated to be around 17 million, with the London Games generating a total audience of over 3 million ever since the New York Giants and Miami Dolphins got the ball rolling. Each of the league’s 32 teams has visited at least once since then. The Jacksonville Jaguars have even adopted the capital as their second home and play two games here every season. This year, those will be against the Philadelphia Eagles and Houston Texans over the next two Sundays. The sport has been expanding to other countries too, with Dublin’s Croke Park hosting the Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers last year. There’s hope that Ireland could be back on the map for 2027 too.Jonathan Shaw, Midnite’s Vice President of Growth said: “The NFL has built an incredible following across the UK and Ireland, and this partnership gives us the opportunity to bring Midnite and the NFL together across a huge range of touchpoints.”The partnership, which will run until the end of March 2029, underlines the bookie’s ambitions to expand into more sports on their way to becoming the “Monzo of betting” – as CEO Nick Wright has previously described them.
