AMD Trading Plan — BUY Only After H1 ConfirmationAdvanced Micro Devices, Inc.BATS:AMDImeda_Market_AnalysisAMD — Professional Trading Plan | October 8, 2026 AMD is my secondary active candidate for the next U.S. trading session, following MSFT in priority. The broader multi-timeframe structure remains constructive, but AMD requires additional caution after the recent price action around the key 644.92 breakout level. Current Technical Structure D1: Bullish 75% | RSI 71.11 H4: Bullish 100% | RSI 62.36 H1: Bullish 91% | RSI 57.26 The higher-timeframe structure remains bullish, although the D1 RSI above 70 indicates elevated momentum and requires disciplined confirmation rather than chasing price. Key AMD Levels 657.50–658.01 — Upside Target / Major Resistance 644.92 — Weekly High / Breakout Confirmation 642.98 — Monthly High / Key Support 627.65 — Daily Low / Major Support Primary Scenario — Conditional BUY The key condition is clear: BUY ONLY AFTER H1 CONFIRMATION ABOVE 644.92 A simple move above 644.92 will not be treated as sufficient confirmation. I want to see the H1 structure demonstrate that price can establish itself above this level before considering an entry. The broader confirmation sequence will be: DXY → Nasdaq 100 → AMD H1 → Entry Nasdaq 100 remains an important market filter, while DXY behavior around the 102.201–102.281 decision zone will also be monitored. Macro Risk U.S. Initial and Continuing Jobless Claims will be an important macro event before the regular U.S. equity session. I will avoid entering immediately before the release and will evaluate the subsequent reaction in DXY, Nasdaq 100 and AMD. Risk Management AMD is a candidate — not an automatic trade. A valid setup requires: H1 Confirmation → Technically Valid Stop Loss → Acceptable Risk → Entry No position will be opened without a predefined technical stop. If the minimum tradable position size causes the technically valid stop to exceed my predefined risk limit, the decision will be: NO TRADE. Only one position will be prioritized based on the strongest confirmed setup. Trading principle: ANALYZE → WAIT → CONFIRM → CALCULATE RISK → ENTER → PROTECT → RECORD This is my personal market analysis and trading plan and does not constitute financial advice.
