When did every remote job quietly turn back into an office job?

Wait 5 sec.

Lately, I keep clicking on jobs listed as remote, only to find in the description that I have to go into the office three days a week. That's a hybrid schedule, not remote work. I feel like companies are using the word "remote" just to attract more applicants, while gradually bringing people back into the office. I thought all the productivity data had proven that people work very effectively from home. So why are employers suddenly acting like working from home doesn't work? submitted by /u/Majestic_Ad_5650 to r/LockedIn_AI [link] [comments]
