Mazi - a shared family organizer. Almost half the households that sign up never add a single thing. Where am I losing them?

Wait 5 sec.

I've been building a shared organizer for families: one shopping list, tasks, meal plan and calendar that everyone in the house sees. It's been on Google Play since late August and on the App Store since late September. I'm posting for feedback, not installs. The numbers say something isn't working and I can't see it from the inside. What I'm seeing so far: - people sign up and create their household within a minute, so the intent is there - then almost half never add a single thing - very few get a second family member to join, which is the whole point of the app What I'd love to hear: **The first minute.** If you try it, where did you hesitate or give up? You need an account and an email code before you see anything. Is that already too much? **The second person.** Almost nobody invites their partner. What would make you send the invite, or make your partner actually accept it? **The price.** 30-day trial, then one subscription for the whole household (€3.59 a month or €29.99 a year). Is a subscription a dealbreaker for this kind of app, even with a trial? **The store page.** From the screenshots alone, is it clear what it does and who it's for? Brutal is fine, that's why I'm here.
