Renewed in March and thought I was done. Got a random audit letter from the board in May asking for documentation on all 30 contact hours. I pulled what I had and came up 4 hours short. Two courses I finished in January were never reported by the provider. I had done the work and had nothing to show for it because I never downloaded the certificates and the site had since changed platforms. My license went to a conditional status while I sorted it out. Six weeks of that. I had to tell my manager and I had to retake both courses on my own time and my own money because the originals could not be verified. What I do now takes about a minute. I download the certificate the day I finish a course and drop it in one folder with the date in the filename. I also stopped assuming the provider reports anything and check my own transcript on the board site twice a year.
