Russia has partially lifted its diesel export ban with immediate effect following an agreement between President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump to supply the US and global markets. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said domestic demand could be fully met while maintaining exports at the agreed volumes.
