I built Photo Duel because I was tired of having thousands of photos on my phone, including multiple shots of almost the exact same thing. The idea is simple: instead of manually scrolling through your entire gallery, the app automatically finds groups of similar photos and lets you compare them to decide which ones are worth keeping. Here's what it does: Detects similar photos automatically. Lets you compare photos and choose your favorites. Gives you a final review before deleting anything. Tracks how many photos you've cleaned up and how much space you've freed. One important detail: everything is analyzed locally on your device. Your photos aren't uploaded to a server. I've tested it with libraries containing several thousand photos, and it's now live on Android. It's free with ads, with an optional one-time purchase to remove them. Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onedeskworks.photoduel I'd love to hear what you think, especially if you have a massive camera roll full of nearly identical pictures! submitted by /u/Ok-Cup-2995 [link] [comments]
