I think her point was that OP was not sharing their address and this made CB’s day harder to plan not knowing where the free rug was. I think CB just wanted to have a general idea of where she’d fit the pickup into her day. I’m not on CB’s side here but I don’t think she’s unreasonable just a bad communicator.
