Idk but refusing to give the address until 30 minutes before picking sounds stupid to me. I'd also give up on taking it if it's such a big deal to give the address sooner. In my country we have online bazaar websites and it's never an issue to give the address much sooner lol. With how busy i am and my need to also figure out how long it'd take for me to come somewhere to pick something up and stuff, i would absolutely not wait until 30 minutes before to get full adress. Too much drama on the other end.
