Hi all, my Exec has been using Fyxer since before I was hired as her EA. She likes it because it auto-sorts emails into labels instead of her having to sift through thousands of emails in her inbox. I am delegated in her email to further organize and answer emails when I can. Lately, two major incidents have occurred where very important emails somehow slipped through the cracks. One of them was a conversation over 2 days while I was OOO sick. I never saw these emails until a month later, when the consequences hit and my exec got a call about them. The next time, luckily, she caught it because she had been thinking about it. Same thing with that: an email I had never seen before. BOTH emails had URGENT in the subject. Does anyone else have this issue with Fyxer? Why would they be auto-archived? Or is there an outside factor I'm not realizing?
