Yup, I get stuck in conversations with the geriatrics at times and I need to leave but I can't and I feel like I'm dying. I need a little gadget where I can press a button and it'll ring a ringtone - preferably programmable so it can be the same as our workphones, but this isn't a dealbreaker if not.
