I’ve been working on a few AI-assisted projects and kept finding the same problem: the build would look done, but once I started digging there were still things I hadn’t really verified. Stuff like whether data actually persists, permissions are correct, what happens when an API fails, whether costs can run away, payment edge cases, recovery, etc. So I put together a free 20-point launch audit that I can run through before shipping anything.
