Hey all, I'm the founder of Tailored Application (https://tailoredapplication.com). During my last job hunt I was rewriting the same resume for every posting and honestly it was draining me. So I built this. You fill in one profile (or upload your resume), paste a job link, and it puts together an ATS-friendly resume and cover letter aimed at that role. It only works from what's in your profile, so it doesn't make up experience, and you still read it over before you send anything. You can download as PDF or Word, and your first download is free. Would love honest feedback, especially on anything that feels clunky or what you'd want it to do next. submitted by /u/Mother_Departure_897 [link] [comments]
