I’m seething. DO NOT GO TO THE NORTH ANDOVER, MA CHIPOTLE. DRIVE ANYWHERE ELSE EVEN IF ITS LONGER YOU WILL BE SAVING TIME. If I could leave a 0 star I would. Staff is rude. We have always waited an hour minimum whether in person or online. The staff will scowl at you if you ask for anything extra and the food is always cold. I half believe the only people leaving 5 stars are friends of the workers because of how consistently horrible the staff are. Never coming back. Being food poisoned with a shorter wait would have made this experience less painful.
