I work in talent acquisition, and the same thing kept happening in screens. Good people got cut because a resume bullet can't show the actual work. Then the interviewer asks "tell me more about that project" and the story finally comes out. So I built Proxy. You put in what you've actually done, and it turns into a page people can ask questions against, instead of a static PDF. I'd love blunt feedback from anyone who's job-hunted or hired recently: 1) Does "show the work behind the CV" make sense at a glance? 2) What's the first thing you'd want a hiring manager to ask your page? It's free to try at myproxy.work. Happy to answer questions about how I built it. submitted by /u/YogurtclosetGold203 [link] [comments]
