So I’ve been on my current unit almost a couple years now. I’ve been trying to be more involved in it a few months back and try to be helpful. Initially I was trying to leave however didn’t really see anything that caught my eye so I left it alone. However there was a job posting I saw about a week ago and thought to apply just to see my chances. I got word back from outpatient facility from the nurse manager a few days later to set up an interview. Again I know I’m overthinking it as I do not have a job offer right now nor do I even know my chances, but on paper I think I am a strong candidate. In the event I do possibly get an offer and accept would it look bad on me to management/ other coworker I agreed to do the project on and just decided last minute ‘actually never mind’.
