In the recent times, I have spotted important setups within the stock market that could lead to pivotal trading opportunities on the short side. One of them is UBER. The stock is forming a crucial formation that I recently spotted. Therefore, I have identified all the important levels to watch next. When looking at my chart, we can see how UBER is forming this gigantic head shoulder formation. The left shoulder and the head have been completed already. Now, UBER continues to form the right shoulder, pulling back off the descending resistance line. From here on, UBER is likely to increase bearish selling pressure, finally breaking below the 200-EMA. This scenario will activate further bearish selling pressure and confirm the head shoulder target zone as seen in my chart. Especially, a settlement below the 200-EMA will confirm this setup and determine the bearish upcoming price action. Once UBER moves into the final head shoulder target zone, it will be important to watch for momentum because the bearish trend could continue when the bearish momentum holds on.
