Justin Apathy, hailing from Olmsted Township, Ohio, recently struck gold by winning a staggering $1 million in the VIP Millions scratch-off game. Although he had previously enjoyed smaller lotteries of $5,000 and several $100 wins, his initial assumption of winning $4,000 was a mere mix-up. Opting for a $500,000 lump-sum payout, he plans to invest wisely for his future.
