As Polaris Smart Metering progresses to the next phase of its sale, several shortlisted bidders, such as Actis, JSW Energy, and Gemstar Infra, have wrapped up due diligence and are on the verge of submitting binding bids. The estimated value of this deal lies between ₹1,800 crore and ₹2,000 crore.
