Petah Tikva police opened an investigation following a report that several toddlers had left a kindergarten in the city and were seen wandering alone in the street without adult supervision while riding toy cars. The incident took place on Sunday.Officers who were called to the scene located the toddlers and returned them to their parents.As part of the investigation, two female staff members from the kindergarten, Petah Tikva residents in their 40s and 50s, were detained for questioning last night. At the conclusion of their questioning, both were released under restrictive conditions.
