Strike Industries has introduced the Strike Modular Chassis Aluminum Handguard Rail, a new accessory that expands mounting options for the Strike PS90 Chassis platform. Constructed from high-strength 6-series aluminum, the handguard rail is engineered for durability, adaptability, and lightweight performance. Full-length Picatinny rails on the top and bottom offer additional mounting space for foregrips and weapon-mounted lights.Strike Industries is offering the handguard rail in two lengths, 5.96 inches and 8.8 inches, providing users with options based on preferred coverage, weight, and accessory placement. The short rail weighs 9.47 oz, and the long rail weighs 15.11 oz. As part of the Strike Modular Chassis system, the rails are designed for modularity and consistent performance in demanding conditions.Strike Industries noted that the Strike Modular Chassis Aluminum Handguard Rail is a standalone component designed to fit the SMC PS90 Chassis. The company does not recommend mounting optics or aiming/laser devices on it. To help maintain zero, those devices should be mounted directly to the SMC PS90 Chassis or the PS90 Receiver rather than to the handguard rail.
