Yet sellers still controlled the reaction. Why? Because the structure is an ultra-extended trend. That means trend continuation is still possible, but the probability starts getting lower as the move becomes more stretched. I’m currently not in a position, but if I had to choose here, I would rather be short than long. We will probably open significantly higher tomorrow on Iran deal optimism. I will not be a buyer.
