BRS leader Chinthalapadi Madhu, 42, was discovered dead inside a gunny bag near Yerkaram stage in Suryapet district, Telangana. Police suspect murder by unidentified individuals and are investigating a 2008 murder case involving the deceased. The body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
