Good point. And live in nannys make more than live out, when you consider room & board. Because they’re there for the family’s convenience. Set work times are extremely important because like you said, we can’t just turn it ‘’off’’ when we’re responsible for kids. Live in care requires very detailed contracts & I know this messy wouldn’t have one.
