Price has now reached the lower boundary of the monthly channel, so the previous downside scenario has played out well. Even though the next monthly range has not fully formed yet, I’m starting to watch for a possible corrective move toward the 1.1750 area, which is close to the monthly channel midline. This is not a trade recommendation, just my current chart plan.
