Even if such exist, if it's important for this purpose, I would think the list should specify a cookie sheet with sides since the definition for cookie sheet is: a flat, rectangular pan used for baking cookies or biscuits, typically having one or two slightly raised rims to make sure there is no ambiguity. Maybe I'm just super clumsy, but I can't imagine trying to chase after the mom (possibly up and down stairs) carrying my tools on something with no edges.
