Tottenham Hotspur reportedly contacted another Italian manager before they secured the services of Roberto De Zerbi.Things were looking very bleak for Spurs when De Zerbi arrived through the door to replace Igor Tudor at the end of March.The Italian has undoubtedly instilled belief in the Spurs players as well as the fan base, and has overseen a big improvement in performances. In just a matter of seven games, he already has a crowning achievement in N17 – saving Tottenham from relegation.Only time will tell if De Zerbi can take Tottenham back up into the European places next season.
