Because people who say that they're honest and direct are usually justifying rudeness that they've been called out for. As someone who has managed a lot of employees - mainly men - and deals with a lot of suppliers, competitors and clients - also mostly men - she reads to me as attempting to justify herself. Probably for being blunt or rude. When someone describes themselves as being "honest and direct" and/or in similar terms, they are usually very unpleasant to deal with. On some level they are aware of this and they're response is not helpful. They frame it as being honest. Anyone who says something like, "I tell it like it is" or along those lines usually likes using their version of the truth to hurt people. She's not offering an enticing package at all and if you read all the screenshots (instead of making this a gender issue) she refuses to recognise established safety protocols which must be followed for the safety and wellbeing of employees. This indicates a serious character flaw. In case you haven't already picked up on it, she shows callous disregard for her potential employees in other ways. I really hope that you don't believe that her being female means she isn't in the wrong in what she is asking and how she is asking.
