My decision to enter was based primarily on fundamentals rather than technical analysis, particularly due to the potential impact of the Clarity Act. That said, the chart was also starting to look constructive, as the price began forming a series of higher highs and higher lows. Last night, I added to my position after the price retraced to the 0.786 Fibonacci level, filled the gap (the blue box on the chart), and then rebounded strongly. However, the daily candle is still trading below the EMA 200, which remains an important resistance level. In addition, higher-timeframe momentum indicators such as the weekly and monthly charts have yet to confirm a clear bullish trend. At this stage, I am cautiously optimistic. I plan to increase my position further once the chart shows stronger confirmation of bullish momentum in the weekly chart.
