US500 Week [22]US 500 IndexPEPPERSTONE:US500Smikal-Good afternoon traders, US500 has also shown very impulsive movement this week, even though I haven’t really had a full overview on it until now. Compared to NAS, US500 has been leaving less liquidity behind during the move, which makes the daily CME gap a more valid POI in my opinion. Like mentioned before, we’re also moving into the last days of the month, where it’s pretty normal to see some kind of retrace or rebalancing. That doesn’t automatically mean price has to reverse, but it’s something worth keeping in mind. Extra confluence would be if this develops over the next three trading days, potentially setting up Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday as the low of the week. Still, with the momentum we’ve seen lately, most decent retraces could continue to be worth longing. But I’m just thinking out loud here.
