Set Up to MoveFirefly Aerospace, Inc.BATS:FLYjeffreyrahhalI believe FLY is the sleeper in the space stocks, and I don't think it's run up like RKLB, LUNR, or even PL. It has a strong balance sheet, a competitive product offering, and proven execution. After dropping from its IPO price and forming what appears to be a Wyckoff accumulation pattern around the beginning of October 2025, we have now sprung around the beginning of March and seem to be showing a Sign of Strength above the 20ma, and this appears to be confirmed by the heavy volume that has accompanied the move, and with the 20ma above the 50ma, we are in a definite uptrend. The MACD has executed a bullish crossover and is operating in positive territory, confirming the upward momentum of the recent Sign of Strength, and the RSI is very strong, but not over-stretched. Our volume profile shows the point of control right around $38, which coincides with the large order blocks seen on both the 1D and 4H charts, in the ranges of $31-34 and $40-43, respectively, and the 1D chart order block also coincides with the retest of the top of the Wyckoff accumulation area around the end of April. It now appears we may be breaking to a new level with May 22's move, which closed above the recent high and just below the big $50. On the 4H chart, we can see that the break of the previous high was confirmed on almost 3x volume during the 9:30 candle, creating a bullish FVG to the upside. The 1:30 candle then came back to test and close green above that FVG, even breaking the 9:30 candle's high. We're now getting ready for the next move, and, with the imminent IPO of SpaceX and the recent release of its prospectus, it would seem that space stocks are now being seen and valued on different models than they were before, and both institutions and retail investors are looking to buy good space companies. I believe this is the recipe for FLY's next move, which I predict will be to the upside and may come quickly. Once we break $50, our first target will be $60 with heavy selling pressure most likely around $55-58. Once $60 is broken, I think we'll then see $70 very fast, and once we break $75, we'll have cleaned up all the bag holders, and the sky is the limit.
