A new survey by Vincent Marmarà has found that Prime Minister Robert Abela continues to lead PN Leader Alex Borg in public preference for prime minister ahead of the general election.According to the survey, 47.8% of respondents said they would prefer Robert Abela as prime minister, while 33.3% chose Alex Borg.The figures place Abela ahead by 14.5 percentage points.The survey also found strong support for both leaders among their own party bases. Among Labour’s 2022 voters, 87.6% backed Abela as prime minister, while 82.2% of PN 2022 voters preferred Alex Borg.The poll was conducted between 14th and 20th May using a sample of 1,500 respondents aged 16 and over.Are you surprised by the gap between the two leaders?•
