By Mulengera ReportersThe future of the big private pharmacy at Mulago hospital has become uncertain following the latest letter by President Museveni directing the Lands Minister Judith Nabakooba to cancel the land title of the land on which it sits and have the conduct of the big men and women at Uganda Land Commission inquired into. Museveni wants bosses at ULC and some at KCCA investigated as to why they issued a private land title in favour of Brian Segawa yet they knew that this is public land belonging to Mulago hospital. The establishment of that private pharmacy building, whose proprietors acted with impunity and ignored everybody, had blocked access to Dr. Charles Lugero’s cardiology project site. In his letter to Nabakooba, rebuking land grabbers and directing title cancelation, Gen Museveni directed the IGP to get involved, provide the necessary deployment to ensure that Brian Segawa is thoroughly investigated, prosecuted and that all his illegal developments on the land are razed to the ground.
