A medical college hostel in Ahmedabad, damaged in last year's Air India plane crash, will be rebuilt by the Gujarat government. The new ultra-modern facility will cost Rs 105 crore. Families of some victims want the site preserved as a memorial. Tata Group will contribute Rs 53.12 crore towards the rebuilding efforts.
