I see where you're coming from but I'd assume the kid actually sleeps with the mom and just keeps her stuff in her room. At least that's what I've seen around that age usually. Also, it seems OOP is mainly asking for help with maintaining the household, not necessarily nannying. It would probably involve babysitting eventually but she mentioned it'd also be good for a grad student or young professional. I see how this could be a CB but it doesn't necessarily need to be one depending on further communication regarding expectations I think.
