Gurindervir Singh set a new men's 100m national record with a time of 10.09 seconds. Vishal TK became the first Indian to run 400m under 45 seconds, clocking 44.98 seconds. Both performances were continental bests for the season. These historic achievements occurred on the second day of the National Senior Federation Competition in Ranchi.
