I had a friend discover she was 6.5 months pregnant but that's because she only had one ovary, had PCOS, never had a regular period, was told by doctors she'd have to take fertility drugs in order to conceive a baby in the future and had broken up with ex around time of conception so it was totally unexpected. She had to do a mad dash last minute.
