To make a long story short, we tried for about 2 years to get pregnant. I had stage three endo excised, and then like 7 months after that finally became pregnant naturally. During the 7 months between the surgery and the positive test, we were actually planning a second surgery because I was in more pain post surgery than I was pre surgery. My son just hit 6 months and I’m still breastfeeding (I’d guess 60% breast 40% formula) and I have no intention on stopping until my period returns, and depending on that I might go longer as long as I’m still producing milk. Anyways, for the past maybe three months I’ve thought multiple times each month my period is returning due to intense cramping sensations. Most of the pains usually disappear after I’m finally able to poop but today it’s not happening.
