When I was in an apartment it was pretty quiet and all the neighbors left well enough alone. It was a place that was like $500 with water included. Not expensive, not high class, just basic as heck. I’m getting the feeling she had a mental health episode related to the neighbors and now she feels unsafe cause everyone looks at her with trepidation at what she’s gonna do next.
