For the first time in years the managerial landscape looks completely different. With Slot, Guardiola, Amorim and Rosenior all gone we’ve got a wave of new appointments. Maresca at City Iraola at Liverpool (very likely) Carrick beginning his first full season at United Xabi Alonso at Chelsea I hadn’t realised until recently just how many Spanish managers will be in the league either. Because so many of the top clubs are either adapting to new managers or going through rebuilding phases, Arsenal probably have to be considered favourites for the title again. Now that the Guardiola Klopp era is now officially over It feels like we’re entering a completely new chapter where different clubs could be contenders which should make the league a lot more interesting. Edit: Apologies, I saw some posts on Instagram confirming Iraola is done but it’s not a done deal, very like however. submitted by /u/Tropicalisland2005 [link] [comments]
