Hello! I recently went to an endometriosis specialist and after years of being told I’m fine, this doctor says she absolutely thinks I have endometriosis. We are holding off on any surgery until I can get an MRI which isn’t for a while. For now, we have to figure out a pain management. Has anyone tried anything other than birth control? I have an insane fear of birth control since I went on it when I was younger and I seemed to have all the side effects… weight gain, nausea, headaches, moodiness, etc. The weight gain actually led me to have an eating disorder which is why I’m so afraid to go on it.
