If she's taking meds for schizophrenia, she needs to go back to her psychiatrist to try different meds because the ones she does take aren't working. Probably requires an inpatient stay. If she isn't taking meds(very common with schizophrenia), she needs some inpatient treatment to find some that works for her. If the gofundme were for that medical care AND the proceeds go directly to medical care providers, I would donate in an instant. Her danger paranoia isn't going to go away if she does get a rural home. It's just going to shift to a different source for the feeling of being in danger.
