I finally have a doctor who talks to me in depth about my endometriosis and ovarian cysts. Because I am functional except during my period, she is not advising surgery though she believes my endo is advanced because of endometrioma. I have been tired most of my life and I get chronic migraines so life is no picnic. But I am not in agony. She says unless I am in daily pain that surgery is not worth the gamble (excision or hysterectomy). I am 43 FYI. Do you think rawdogging endo is reasonable or am I a ticking time bomb?
