Hi All, I had my first gynaecologist appointment today where I was told I have: - kissing ovaries - chocolate cyst / endometrioma 2cm - 9mm and 4mm adhesions - tilted uterus due to adhesions and kissing ovaries Gyno has recommended Slinda to start with and surgery later on. I am 41 years old and get pain on the first couple of days of my period, take pain killers and that’s it. I have anxiety and depression which is finally simmered down a bit. I get migraines which I cannot work out if they are hormonal or not. A bit of both maybe. I have reflux and have had heart palpitations previously and do still experience them in stressful situations. I also have malasma/hyperpigmentation which I’m slowly reducing. I’m concerned that Slinda will mess with my stomach, heart, skin, head and moods. I am not keen on taking a tablet everyday just to avoid two days of taking pain killers. I was wondering if anyone has had laparoscopy and a mirena inserted as treatment over the pill and how that went for them?
