തിരുവനന്തപുരം| പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവ് പിണറായി വിജയനെതിരായ വിമാനത്തിലെ പ്രതിഷേധത്തില് പോലീസ് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് അംഗീകരിച്ച് കോടതി. പ്രതികള്ക്കെതിരെ ചുമത്തിയ വ്യോമയാന വകുപ്പുകള് ഒഴിവാക്കിയുള്ള റിപ്പോര്ട്ടാണ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ പ്രിന്സിപ്പല് സെഷന്സ് കോടതി അംഗീകരിച്ചത്.നാല് വര്ഷത്തിന് ശേഷമാണ് കേസില് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് നല്കിയത്. കേന്ദ്രം എതിര്ത്തിട്ടും സംസ്ഥാനം ചുമത്തിയ വകുപ്പാണ് ഇത്. വ്യോമയാന വകുപ്പ് നിലനില്ക്കില്ലെന്ന് കേന്ദ്രം അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് ചുമത്തിയ കുറ്റം ഒഴിവാക്കാന് ആഭ്യന്തരവകുപ്പ് തയ്യാറായില്ല. യു ഡി എഫ് സര്ക്കാര് ഭരണത്തില് വന്നതിന് ശേഷമാണ് വകുപ്പ് ഒഴിവാക്കിയത്. എന്നാല് പ്രതികള്ക്കെതിരെ വധശ്രമം, ഗൂഡാലോചന എന്നിവ നിലനില്ക്കും.കണ്ണൂരില് നിന്നുളള വിമാനം തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിറങ്ങിയതിന് പിന്നാലെയാണ് പിണറായിക്കെതിരെ യൂത്ത് കോണ്ഗ്രസ് നേതാക്കള് മുദ്രാവാക്യം വിളിച്ചത്. പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചവര്ക്കെതിരെ വധശ്രമത്തിന് കേസെടുത്തു. ഫര്സീന് മജീദ്, നവീന്, സുധീപ് ജയിംസ്, കെഎസ് ശബരീനാഥന് എന്നിവരാണ് പ്രതികള്. പ്രതികള്ക്ക് ജാമ്യം ലഭിക്കുമെന്നായപ്പോഴാണ് വ്യോമയാന വകുപ്പ് കൂടി ചുമത്തിയത്.Content Highlights:The Thiruvananthapuram District Principal Sessions Court has accepted a police report dropping aviation charges against Youth Congress leaders involved in the inflight protest against opposition leader Pinarayi Vijayan.
