And don’t forget, since it’s rural property they will need to pay someone with a tractor & attachments to mow/brushhog it every 3 weeks for part of the year. Then later will be repairs to the mobile home & putting in a garden… People really don’t know how expensive it is to live in the country. I grew up with no neighbors where the first paved road in either direction was 3 miles away. I’m amazed at how much less it costs to ‘live in town’ (still in the middle of nowhere, 2 hours from a larger city in any of 3 directions) just in tires alone.
