> he threatened bodily hard bow chicka wow wow In seriousness though, cops very rarely press charges when people threaten them and if they DO press charges the prosecutor often drops the charges anyway, so this is pretty substantial here. I mean I don't have actual statistics, I'm going off what I see in bodycams. People say some fucking awful stuff and the cops almost never press charges (stuff like "I hope your wife gets raped by a bunch of black dudes and likes it!" or "I'm going to come to your house when I get out and fuck you up!" That's why it's funny when the worst the person being arrested can come up with is "I loved you in Christmas Story" which is something a real person said)
