Hi everyone, I’ve been reading a lot about dietary changes for endometriosis, particularly gluten-free and anti-inflammatory diets. I’m wondering whether it’s really necessary and if it has made a noticeable difference for anyone here. Have you tried going gluten-free or following an anti-inflammatory diet? Did it help with pain, bloating, fatigue, flare-ups, or other symptoms? If so, how long did it take before you noticed any changes?
